Payment and Insurance

We are not in-network with insurance companies so that we can focus fully on personalized, patient-centered care rather than the restrictions often required by insurance plans.

Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to submit claims to your insurance carrier so you may receive any out-of-network reimbursement available under your plan.

Many patients are able to use HSA or FSA accounts for their visits. If you have questions about your benefits, our team is happy to help guide you.

Insurance ready “super bills” are available at your appointment for those who want to submit their own claims to insurance.
