Who These Programs Are For
These programs are designed for:
- Individuals looking for a structured nutrition reset
- People who benefit from accountability and group support
- Companies seeking meaningful wellness programs for their teams
Programs for Individuals
Individuals can participate at any time during the year. Many choose to join one of our annual online group programs, which provide additional community support.
21-Day Group Program – January
Each January, participants from across the country come together for our Annual 21-Day Group Program, creating a supportive start to the new year.
10-Day Carb Buster – July
Our 10-Day Carb Buster Program takes place each July and offers a mid-year reset focused on reducing sugar and refined carbohydrates.
While the programs can be done anytime, the group sessions provide a fun and supportive environment that helps new participants succeed.
Programs for Companies and Organizations
Food as Medicine programs can also be offered as corporate or group wellness initiatives.
Organizations can offer their teams:
- Guided 10-Day or 21-Day programs
- Education on nutrition and metabolic health

These programs work well for companies, professional organizations, and member groups seeking a practical wellness initiative.
