Dr. Amy Lewis, D.Ac., Dipl. Ac.

Dr. Amy Lewis, D.Ac., Dipl. Ac. 

Founder, Whole Health Associates, LLC.

Dr. Amy has spent her almost 30 year career focusing on the root cause of illness and disease rather than focused on symptoms alone. Dr. Amy works with patients from professional athletes to children, treating issues ranging from sports injuries to infertility, from migraines to cancer care. Her specialties include pain management, fertility and women’s health, and “food as medicine.”

Dr. Amy has been featured on radio, TV and in newspapers, including CNN, New York Times, Washington Post and USA Today. She is the current Chair of the NFL Concussion Settlement Player Advocacy Committee which focuses on brain health and injury compensation for former NFL players. She also served as team acupuncturist for the Washington Commanders, and works with the NFL Players Association, delivering care to players and their families.

Dr. Amy holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture from Maryland University for Integrative Health and is Nationally Board Certified. She has studied in China as well as the United States and holds a black belt in Kung Fu. Dr. Amy is past president of the Acupuncture Society of Washington, DC and served as national representative for the American Society of Acupuncturists. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling with her family, and playing with their rescue puppy, Leon.

 Olivier Pelletier, LMT, Certified CORE Structural Integrative Therapist 
 
Olivier Pelletier is a highly skilled licensed massage therapist and the founder of CORE Kinetic, a specialized manual therapy approach that blends orthopedic and osteopathic techniques to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support long-term structural balance. He is licensed in both the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
 
Originally from France, Olivier’s path into manual therapy has been shaped by extensive international training and decades of hands-on clinical experience. In 1999, he trained at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand, before completing advanced studies in Sports Myofascial Therapy and Structural Integration under George P. Kousaleos, founder of the CORE Institute. He has also trained in injury assessment and treatment with Dr. Ben Benjamin of the Benjamin Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Olivier is currently completing an intensive three-year osteopathic manual therapy program with renowned UK osteopath John Gibbons.
 
Olivier works with a wide range of patients, from professional and recreational athletes seeking improved performance to individuals managing chronic pain, injury recovery, or movement limitations. His thoughtful, precise approach is focused on addressing the root causes of dysfunction—helping patients return to ease of movement, reduced pain, and improved quality of life.
 
In addition to his clinical work, Olivier holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate. He was a regional vice champion and competed in the 1993 French National Fighting Championships in Paris—an experience that continues to inform his deep understanding of biomechanics, resilience, and the demands placed on the body.
Audrey Hester, LMT
Nervous System & Relaxation Specialist
Audrey Hester specializes in therapeutic Swedish massage designed to calm the nervous system, relieve stress-related tension, and help the body fully relax and restore.
Her work focuses on slow, intentional, nurturing touch that encourages the body to release chronic holding patterns, quiet mental stress, and return to a state of balance. Clients often report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a deep sense of calm and renewal after their sessions.
 
Audrey is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities to reconnect with their bodies and experience the healing power of therapeutic touch.
 
She is a graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute, licensed in Washington, DC, and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.  While her primary focus is therapeutic Swedish massage for nervous system regulation and stress recovery, her training includes Deep Tissue therapy. She skillfully adjusts pressure, depth, and technique to address each client’s unique tension patterns, therapeutic goals, and comfort level.
